2014 Timetables

Tourist trains ran every Saturday from 26 April to 25 October, and every Wednesday in July and August. Departing Sochaczew Museum at 10:00, the trains run to Wilcze Tułowskie according to the timetable below. There is a long lunch stop on the return journey at Tułowice, where there is a nearby snack bar and picnic area.

On Saturday 14 June, there was a train from Sochaczew to Tułowice for Dni Sochaczewa. The train departed Sochaczew Museum at 09:00.

On Sunday 30 November 2014 there was a special train to mark 30 years since the last scheduled train on the Sochaczew district railway. The special train ran from Sochaczew Muzeum to Chodaków, departing at 14:00. Photos.

2013 Timetables

Due to serious track damage caused by flash floods, the normal trains from Sochaczew Muzeum to Wilcze Tułowskie were suspended during 2013. Instead, short railcar trips to Kistki (between Sochaczew and Chodaków) operated every Saturday until 26 October, departing Sochaczew at 10:00 for a round trip of 40 minutes. Depending on demand, a second round trip at 11:00 could also run. The trains consisted of heritage railcars MBd1-126 and MBd1-130 top-and-tailing two 1Aw coaches (photographs of the train).

On Saturday 12 October there was a 1920s and 1930s themed event at Sochaczew museum. There were trains to Kistki at 11:00 and 13:30, a historical carnival, costumes, 1920s and 1930s music including a live band, a bar and grill. Further details.

2012 Timetables

In 2012, trains to Wilcze Tułowskie ran on Saturdays from 26 May to 29 September and on Wednesdays in July and August (except 15 August and 22 September).

Special trains ran for the Dni Sochaczewa (Sochaczew Days) on Saturday 9 and Sunday 10 June. On Saturday, a train ran from Sochaczew to Tułowice, departing Sochaczew museum at 12:00 and returning at 16:06. On Sunday, two trains ran from Sochaczew to Chodaków, the first departing Sochaczew museum at 10:00 and returning at 11:26, the second departing at 12:00 and returning at 13:26.

2011 Timetables

In 2011, the Sochaczew narrow gauge railway museum was open daily except Mondays from 10:00 to 15:00. The train to Wilcze Tułowskie ran every Saturday from 28 May to 17 September, and on these dates the museum opened at 08:00.

2003 Timetables

In 2003, trains from Sochaczew museum to Wilcze Tułowskie ran every Saturday from 7 May to 27 September. In addition trains ran for organised groups on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 13 May to 18 June and 16 September to 10 October, and individual museum visitors could also travel on these trains if there was space on the day.

2002 Timetables

In 2002, trains from Sochaczew museum to Wilcze Tułowskie ran every Saturday from 1 June to 31 August. In addition trains ran for organised groups on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 4 to 19 June and 17 September to 11 October, and individual museum visitors could also travel on these trains if there was space on the day.

2001 Timetables

In 2001, trains from Sochaczew museum to Wilcze Tułowskie ran on Wednesdays and Saturdays from 9 May to 9 June except 12 May, and Saturdays from 16 June to 29 September. In addition trains ran for organised groups on 12, 13, 19 and 20 June, 19, 20, 21, 25, 26, 27 and 28 September, and individual museum visitors could also travel on these trains if there was space on the day.
