Summer museum opening hours and train departures (from 1 May 2014):

Museum open 10:30 - 19:00

Notes: Trains to Paproć are steam hauled on summer Sundays. All other trains are diesel hauled. Trains may be cancelled in the unlikely event that fewer than 10 adult tickets are sold.

During winter 2013/14, trains did not run but the Rudy railway museum was open as follows:

Tuesday to Friday: 09:00 - 16:00
Saturday: 10:00 - 16:00
Sunday and Monday: Closed

During the spring season (from March), trains ran on Sundays only, 2km south to Paproć, at 11:00, 12:00, 13:00, 14:00, 15:00 and 16:00.

From 1 - 27 April 2014, trains ran every Saturday and Sunday, 2km south to Paproć, at 11:00, 12:00, 13:00, 14:00, 15:00, 16:00, 17:00 and 18:00.

On Saturday 17 May, the Rudy narrow gauge railway museum was open for Museum Night. There were evening depot tours and trains were running.

On Saturday 14 June, the Rudy narrow gauge railway museum participated in Industriada. There were trains from 11:00 to 20:00, and many other attractions.

2013 Timetables

In 2013, trains ran on two routes, 2km south to Paproć, and 4km north east to Stanica. The museum was closed on Mondays.

The first train of the season ran on Saturday 23 March, to celebrate the start of spring (video and photos).

Special events in May 2013:

1 May: The life of railway workers and the station master
3 May: Opening of the "Locomotive" Cinema - cult films in the cult wagon works
4 May: Silesian draisine championships
5 May: "Grillopolis" grilling contest
18 May: Museum Night. The Rudy narrow gauge railway museum was open from 20:00 with trains from Rudy to Stanica at 21:00, 22:00 and 23:00.

In 2012, trains ran on two routes, 2km south to Paproć, and 4km north east to Stanica. The museum was closed on Mondays.

Departures from Rudy from May until October 2012:

The Rudy narrow gauge railway once again took part very successfully in the Industriada event on 30 June 2012.

In 2011, trains ran on two routes, 2km south to Paproć, and 4km north east to Stanica. The museum was closed on Mondays.
