On Saturday 21 December 2013 Christmas special trains ran between Pleszew Miasto and Kowalew (Pleszew Wąsk). Departures from Pleszew Miasto were at 08:55, 10:05, 11:50, 13:05, 14:00, 14:40 and 16:00. Departures from Kowalew (Pleszew Wąsk) were at 09:45, 10:30, 12:15, 13:25, 14:20, 15:05 and 16:20. Adult tickets cost 5zł.
On Saturday 25 May 2013 a special event took place from 11:00 to 13:30, starting and finishing at Pleszew Wąsk station. Trains ran using the MBxd2 diesel railbus and the Lyd1 diesel locomotive plus coach. SKPL's standard gauge TGM40 locomotive was also in use. Tickets were 50zł.
The start of the autumn service was delayed until Monday 8 October due to road repairs being carried out on ul. Lipowa. Due to loss of local authority support for the passenger services, regular service trains ceased from 9 December 2012. The final timetable is shown below.
On Saturday 8 December 2012 there was a special event on the Pleszew narrow gauge railway, involving four trains with different compositions, on both narrow gauge and standard gauge tracks. Transfers operated from Pleszew Wąsk at 10:20, returning there at around 16:10.
